Default Good Paragon Build For Norn Tournament

So I just got EoTN last week at target for 10 bucks (yippee) and I been playing the hell out of it this past week. I already beat the Story missions (the great destroyer is the biggest freaking pansy ever) and I have no other problems with the mini games (even though Polymock frustrated me). The only problem I am having is beating Magni. I cannot seem to beat the dude.

Right now the build I have is an Ursan Blessing build rank 6 and I just beat the hell out of everyone else, but then I get completely whooped by Magni.

any good build suggestions would be much appreciated.

Ursan Force, and kite. All enemies basically stop trying to attack you when you put up a speed buff and run in the opposite direction. Magni as a result will start to retreat back to his starting point, then back to you as long as you remain in his aggro bubble. Basically it gives you time to recharge your skills, and attack with your spear to slowly kill him.

Ursan Blessing
Gaze of Contempt (For Mhenlo)
Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support (or whatever it's called, use before Ursaning)
Drunken Master (Use before throwing up Ursan, huge duration)

Basically you'll want to KD him, attack, flee, and repeat every 10 seconds until he is dead. Whenever he gets too close, run with the speed buff in effect.

I used the EDA Skirmisher build on pvxwiki with slight variations. Didnt die once and won like 3 times before i got bored. (Did this on my survivor, after i reached tier 3, but didnt die from it).

I would probably go with ursan to. only for paragon though. virtually all of their skills are focused on other party members.

If people want to waste their time dropping spirits, they're more than welcome to. I can't stand mini-games when I was trying to get Kahmu and Xandra to spawn.

And you are talkin about waste of time? dropping spirits takes what? 10sec? and then he dies in 5 seconds, gg.

In the matches before that, Magni takes a little longer but everything else is over before the sin pops away.

You have like 20s before the match starts... drop all your spirits then?

Won't work because once you enter the battle-area then the gate behind you closes and their attacks are obstructed

You plant the spirits right where the gate closes you. You stand inbetween the thing, edge all the way to the right of it and spawn spirits and they can still hit but the gate hasn't closed yet so noones attacking you. Pretty sure you can find a video on youtube of someone doing it that way.

Look here for some advice on the Norn Tourney:

Not sure about paras, but that's where I got the build to do it on my tank-lots of good stuff there.

*cough* Summon Spirits *ahem*

I did the Norn tourney with a W/Rt + high energy set...piece of cake. Here's the build i used, will definitely work with a P/Rt. Ursan is optional but helps if your spirits get wiped by AoE.
